You’ve heard it all before. "We are not just a company - we are a way of life!" All that corporate crap just makes you sick right? Well us too. We’re sick to death of seeing companies trying to package up the rebellion of youth and sell it back to them in the form of a T-shirt that looks like someone vomited down the front of it.

On that note let’s start by talking about what we are not. Planet Altitude is not one of these flash in the pan companies cashing in on a sudden spike in the poularity of "extreme" sports. We’ve been around since ’97 and what’s more we have been actively participating in the sports of snowboarding, surfing, motocross, and skateboarding for well over 20 years. What’s more we plan on being around for a lot longer. Why do you think we are selling protective gear?

One other thing. You’re either on our Planet or you’re not. We could spend millions of dollars on advertising campaigns trying to convince the hoards about the "value of protection" but we’d rather invest that money on developing innovative products for those who ride and are prepared to push themselves as hard as they can. To us its a no brainer - protection or the couch.
